To Love Plants Is also To love Oneself
After a long and tiring day at the office, I would always love to sit at our garden gazebo while sipping some coffee to relieve my stress. I like how, seeing the blooming flowers from my garden could calm and soothe me. They say that, being outside in a natural environment can improve memory performance and attention span. The effect of nature or plants in the home and in the workplace serves to stimulate both the senses and the mind, improving mental cognition and performance. That is the reason why, I love to surround myself even at our workplace with plants because of the many positive benefits I get in taking care of them. Natural aesthetic beauty is soothing to people, and keeping ornamental flowers around the home environment is an excellent way to lower levels of stress and anxiety.
Even inside our garden gazebo, I have placed a garden wall lucky bamboo in our table top. The arrangement contains five stalks of lucky bamboo closely arranged in rectangular ceramic container. They say that, these garden wall lucky bamboo exhibits a sense of might and sanctuary which is actually what we need inside our gazebo. The lucky bamboo was given to us by one of our neighbor during the blessing of the gazebo. I was panning to put a flower arrangement at first because I believe that adding flowers reduces perceived stress levels and makes you feel more relaxed, secure and happy. But instead, I decided to place the lucky bamboo, since, our gazebo is just beside our flowering plants.
Let us be thankful to our Creator for giving nature to us because of the many benefits that we receive from them. And in return, it is our duty to protect and take care of them, just the way they are taking care of us.

The Journey On Finding One's True Love
Finding one's true love is never that easy for some of us. Others may have found theirs easily, but there are always those who still waits for their other half to come. There are also those, who already gave up on finding their true love because of their age and just focuses on work and other things. Lucky for those who finds theirs and is very happy right now. I actually have friends, who just gave up on waiting for the right man to come but is happy being single. It's just a bit unfortunate that they won't be able to experience the taste of true love. Looking on the bright side, at least they won't have to go through the ups and down of a real relationship.
A friend of mine, celebrated her birthday today. Because, she is single, nobody ask her out for a dinner date to celebrate her birthday. But, that is not really important according to her. What's really important is to be able to thank God for the blessing that she receive and that she have a great family that supports her all the way. We decided to surprise her with a birthday cake and some gifts, when we visited her house. Some of our friends got her a book which teaches on how to get a man, others gave her stuffs which she truly adores. But I gave her a true love lucky bamboo bonsai instead. Feng shui says that these true love lucky bamboo plant will serve as her lucky charm in finding her one true love. We truly hope that she would be able to find that right man, because she's not getting any younger and that she needs to have her own family to take care of soon.
Life indeed is full of miracles, we may never know where the path we choose could lead us, but we sure have the capacity to create our own. Let us not waste time, waiting for something to come, but instead, let us work with what we already have to be able to create the future and success we are dreaming of.

Spreading Happiness Through A Lucky Bamboo Bonsai
There would be a time in our life that we will meet a person whom we will consider as a true friend for the rest of our lives. I am very thankful that I was ale to find mine at an earlier age. And we were able to share a lot of life's misfortunes but most especially the everyday happiness of being friends. After college, she had to leave the country to work and be with her mom as well. At first we would sometimes cry over the phone while talking to each other. She is like a sister to me and I to her. Time flies so fast, but the communication was always there. Now that we have our own family, the friendship still continues to grow. I guess, the longer you become friends, the more you consider each other as a part of each others family.
She was able to get a month of vacation this year and she brought something for me. She knew that I totally love plants and I've been collecting some lucky bamboo bonsai. She just added one to my collection of bamboo bonsai. It is called the lucky bamboo happiness. Other bamboo bonsai arrangement could attract money, good luck and fortune, as well as love, but this one attracts happiness. We all have happiness inside of us and it's a gift that we keep on sharing everyday. We sometimes tend to forget about happiness and how beautiful life is because of the many challenges that we need to face everyday in our life. But, good ting is that there are people around us to remind how to smile and laugh even amidst the problems.
These lucky bamboo happiness plant would also be a good reminder to us everyday that we should be happy because God gave us another day to live on. And He would never give us problems that we cannot carry. Always remember that God is bigger than any problem.

To Give Is To Receive
Receiving in the form of giving is the best way to show someone how you truly feel towards them. The best part in giving is knowing that you were able to share some of your blessings to others. And, there are actually many ways in which you could show someone that they are important in your life. A give and take relationship is better compared to the other one is good in giving and the other one is better in receiving. For sure, that kind of relationship will not last longer. That is romantically speaking, but between family and friends, it really doesn't matter if you give more and receive less. Because, what you truly share to them is selfless love.
One of the most precious gift that I receive from a friend is the large braided money tree. In feng shui, it is said that the money tree attracts energy of wealth and prosperity. But for me, the large braided money tree is still a plant which we should really care and maintain. It is an indoor plant but can be put outdoors. As for me, I have placed the money tree on my desk in the office. And to combat the dry air found inside the office, I have placed a shallow tray filled with gravel and a little water under the container. This is a technique that I have learned from reading a book about bonsai plants, which really worked.
Let us always be thankful for the gifts that we receive, but most of all we should be happy for the blessings that we could share. A growing plant. a bouquet of flowers or any material things can be given easily without asking for any return. But, love should only be given to someone who truly deserves to receive it.

Enjoying Bonsai Japanese Restaurant in New York
New York is one of the nicest and busiest place I've ever been, the fact that it is the busiest state in the country, what's comforting is that everything is instant wherever you go. It's a place where you can shop, eat and enjoy wherever you look. I was looking for a Japanese restaurant one time and I bumped into this restaurant called Bonsai Japanese Restaurant in 2521D South Rd, Poughkeepsie. After looking the name of the restaurant I remember my bonsai plant at home, I guess they serve petite dishes in here . The place is small which is near Barnes & Noble and IBM. When I got my first order, I never expected their sushi to be big and the best tasting ever. I tried a lot of Japanese restos before but this one incredibly blends well with my taste senses. The fresh served food they offer will keep you coming back to this place.
This is not a 5 star restaurant considering its location but for me the service and food is excellent. You won't be having a problem with the staff since they're all attentive and friendly but you might have a little difficulty with the language barrier. They have great deals when it comes to pricing and eating in groups will charge you a cheaper price. The food came out quickly considering the amount and they serve tea while you wait, just perfect for the cold weather outside. Good thing I was just in time for their happy hour meal so I got rolls from $2.99 to $3.99 each. The sushi and mackerel sashimi are fresh and full of flavor. I took a take-out so I can bring it to my husband and he said it was by far the best tasting sushi he jumped into.

Bonsai As Gifts Of A Lifetime
Growing a Bonsai plant is rewarding especially if you reached the desired shape and balanced form. If you can't understand why some people love bonsai plants, well it can be compared to dog lovers who like smaller breed of dogs rather than large ones. The smaller the bonsai, the cuter it looks, it's like a baby who stays adorable for a longer of time and doesn't change even in a lifetime. They say making plants a bonsai is cruel because you prevent it from growing, bending the branches to attain the perfect shape you want, but I guess bonsai plants are more fortunate because as they grow older, they are still being loved, adored and taken cared of because they are special in how they were embossed.
It takes time to grow a bonsai plant and to attain the desired shape and form that's why if you are a beginner, taking responsibility to finish what you've started is needed to achieve gardening rewards. If the green thumb isn't green but brown, there is still hope for your index finger to press the " buy now" button on your computer. Ordering online or buying from a garden shop is a necessity for those who weren't gifted with fairy dusts.
Bonsai Plants are used both in residential and commercial establishment as an indoor ornament. Famous bonsai plants are Juniper, Gardenia, Rosemary, Azalea, Bougainvillea, Pyracantha, Plum, Ponytail Plant and Jade Succulent. Actually, you can cultivate any plant as a bonsai as long as it can be grown in a container. More and more group of people continues bonsai as a hobby. They say once you grow a bonsai, it will give you a pleasant view of a lifetime. It can be a sentimental gift to a friend or loved-one and can bring inspiration to your children and your children's children.
